How does a 5 day challenge work?

Each day, Roy and Lynsey will be sharing their journey, live into the Facebook Group. These sessions will be broken down into 5 units. Each day we will repost the LIVE teaching so you can watch it on catch up (we do recommend you watch it LIVE though).

The second part of the daily journey will be going LIVE to the group. Don’t worry, going LIVE isn’t broadcast to the world, only to the group. People will be able to react and write comments, inspiring one another around the key question of the day.

Why do we do this?

Well, speaking to a camera can help solidify your thought process and it allows the group to encourage you!

Lastly, we answer the challenge questions in text and write on someone else’s feed to encourage them.
