Overcoming property challenges together

We’re so excited to reveal we’ve just completed our first Jump Start Property Challenge to a group of individuals looking to explore how to get into property. It was a blast.

We focused on many things over the challenge week and encouraged everyone to GO LIVE in the group. Why? To get everyone out of their comfort zones. The comfort zone will ruin any dreams you have. We are pleased to say so many people got involved, shared comments and encouraged each other.

For those that didn’t get in on the act, here is a brief recap:

Day 1: Jump Start to a new way of investing in property.

To kick off the week-long challenge we shared our story. We all have to come from nowhere to get somewhere, and we certainly have.

There was a time where bottom was the only way up. As a result we sought to invest into a way of life that would change our lives. If we can do it you can too.

Day 2: The importance of having goals and targets.

Session two was about goal setting. One of the many things we fail to do is take action. Those limiting beliefs hold us back. So we shared how having a vision board can actually help you focus your efforts both consciously and unconsciously.

Day 3: Making it happen and how to meet those goals.

On day three we went deeper and showed you what our metrics look like. We explained how we structure our deals and ensure that every project is both profitable and low risk. We also showed you how you could create cash flow and transform your lifestyle by building assets that pay you regularly.

Day 4: Seize the moment raising capital.

Raising capital is often the dealbreaker for a lot of people and this was where Team Tidy showed you how they did it and how using a few simple actions can position you better to not only invest in yourself but ensure you have what is needed to get the job done.

Day 5: Taking action.

In the final session we rounded off a packed week by offering the people on the challenge some amazing discounts on our courses to build on what they had learned and gain more strategies to continue on their property adventure.

So the BIG question for those that missed out is – will there be another Jump Start Property Challenge? The short answer is YES!
