We have excellent relationships with local estate agents and a ‘direct to vendor’ property purchasing service that enables us to help local people sell their properties fast and hassle free to investors all over the world.
Tidy Property Sourcing strives to find properties that not only offer good financial returns but also properties that offer at least two exit strategies, so investors can make money rather than lose money, either on a short or long term basis.
Our job as fully compliant property sourcing company is to find people great income-generating assets so that they can invest with ease. Since we have a huge amount of local knowledge we know what streets to buy and what streets to avoid when offering clients deals. Our number one principle is not to pass on a deal that we wouldn’t buy ourselves.
Our aim isn’t to grow a huge sourcing business as fundamentally we are investors ourselves who buy as much stock as we can personally. We operate on the basis of only selling on deals that we can’t physically purchase ourselves when we are at full capacity.
This is why we only want to work with a handful of serious clients rather than growing this side of the business. In other words we want to keep it unique and offer a VIP service.
This means that we are able to give our clients the best deals when they become available and keep full control over the whole process rather than finding deals purely because we want to source them on. We have a steady stream of properties that come our way due to the relationships we have built up over time including direct to vendor deals but unfortunately for us (which is amazing for you!) we can’t buy them all.
Peace of Mind
All of our deals are assessed by us personally to ensure they tick all of the right boxes for investing in. We also provide a detailed schedule of works and costings that in turn helps you calculate and check the investment potential. Every property we source is done using our ‘in house’ due diligence procedures and checks. We also prepare a detailed report based on facts and figures obtained from professional agencies and data obtained from all over the UK.
This then gives you the opportunity to carry out your own ‘due diligence checks’ before reserving a deal with us. With years of construction and building experience we are able to ensure that the refurb costs are accurately assessed, something most other people fail to do and end up losing money.
Ultimately, to safeguard people’s money we operate on having at least two exit strategies for each investment opportunity. This means the property deals we acquire will always work whether you flip or rent them.
Solely relying on flipping a house or capital growth can be risky, because if the market turned, or you struggled to sell it, then you could end up with a problem. We make sure our properties also work as rentals, which enables you to be able to create cashflow regardless of what the market place is doing.
We also have power teams that we can recommend for things like finance and insurance, and at the same time we are able to source and project manage a build team for your project, making the whole process stress and hassle free.

How does the Process Work? Well, you might want to arrange a Tidy Tour so you can see for yourself how we can help you. In doing so we will take you around the areas we recommend investing in and share our local area knowledge with you. We will even show you around some of our own projects (optional).
Get in touch to see what deals we have available. Subscribe to our mailing list or book a call so we can have a chat to see what you’re specifically looking for so that we can find deals to suit your requirements.
If you like the look of a particular deal, we will provide you with the necessary information so you can go away and do your own due diligence. Once you are happy you can then reserve the deal for as little as £500.00.
We will then get the ball rolling towards helping you complete on the purchase as quickly as possible so you can then start earning money. We will then arrange a viewing so you can check that the property is as we’ve said it is.
During this process we will have a chat to see what your strategy is for the property and whether you need access to any of our power or build teams.
Once you have purchased the property we can then arrange for a build team to complete the work and at the same time project manage them on your behalf.
Our project management service ensures that the build team only get paid when various stages of work have been completed to a good standard according to the schedules we prepare beforehand.
We work for you, so we always remain impartial. We can also Project Manage a build team of your choice if you would like us to oversee their work and provide you with regular video updates.
